General Policies


All prices, artwork charges, and any other charges are subject to change pending review of your order. Additional charges may be incurred due to artwork, imprint method, special requests, etc. Your checkout ‘Total’ is an estimate only and does not guarantee your final cost.


All orders must be received by 2:30pm PST to be processed that day. Orders received later than this will be processed the following day. Once we receive your order, we will review it and then contact you by phone to confirm the details. Lead time begins once we have confirmed the order with you and after artwork has been approved. Your credit card will NOT be charged until we have spoken with you and you have approved everything, including shipping and artwork.


It is our goal to make sure you receive products exactly as you were expecting. For each order, we require your approval on a virtual proof before we start production. We encourage you to get a sample of the product before you order so that are familiar with the look and feel of it before you purchase. We also can provide a physical sample proof of your imprinted item for an additional fee, at your request. If we make a mistake on your order or the imprint is incorrect, contact us to arrange return shipping and we will issue a refund or replacement. If your products are defective, contact us to arrange return shipping for the defective items and we will replace or refund the damaged pieces. Please note that we can only refund manufacturing defectives; we do not cover normal wear and tear.


Artwork can be uploaded during the checkout process. We will contact you to discuss your artwork. Any changes or virtual proofs will be sent via email. Artwork charges cannot be accurately calculated until we have reviewed your art; online checkout totals are only estimates. We will always contact you with the final amount before we charge you.

Embroidery: Charges depend on number of stitches. After we review your artwork, we will inform you of any extra charges or additional stitches needed. Embroidery is also available on most bags, even if not listed as an imprint method. Call us for details!

Full-Color: Full-color process is available on most bags, but charges vary; if you are interested, please contact us for details.


If possible within your lead time, we will always try to send you a complimentary virtual sample by email. You may also order a paper or physical proof with us; however, this may increase your lead time. Any proofs may incur charges or delay your order; we will notify you of exactly how your order will be effected when you order your proof. NOTE: Any proof request voids the 24-Hour Rush.

24 Hour Rush

Available for designated items when in stock with the following rules and exceptions:

All 24 Hour Rush orders must be received by 11:00am PST. Orders received after this time will not be processed until the following business day.

Orders must be complete and correct, including usable artwork in the correct vector format.

Not available for most embroidered, debossed, heat transfer, full color, or domed vinyl decorations.

24 Hour Rush is only available for One-Location imprints. One color acceptable, two color only for less than 1,000 pieces.

Any artwork changes or proofs automatically extend the lead time and the 24 hour guarantee will become void.


Each item has its own packaging. Many items have special packaging available, such as gift box or retail plastic sealed. Please call if you need special packaging and we will be happy to accommodate you if possible.


Shipping will usually be via UPS or our Freight Company, depending on the quantity ordered. After we review your order, we will call you with the shipping cost before we charge your card.

We are not responsible for items damaged in shipping. If you receive a damaged item, we will work with you in filing a claim with the shipping company.

Production Times

Production or Lead times begin after we have confirmed the order with you and all details, artwork and shipping charges have been approved. Proofs, artwork changes, and slow response time on your part may increase production time.

Returns and Cancellations

Cancellations will only be accepted if the order has not yet been processed. If you need to cancel an order, contact us immediately. Once we confirm your order over the phone, it is considered final and cannot be changed or canceled.

Because of the custom nature of imprinted items, we are unable to accept returns or process refunds. Please note that all orders are final once you approve them. Manufacturing defects are an exception and will be handled on a case-by-case basis (see ‘Guarantee’ below).


In the rare event that there is manufacturing defect with your items, please contact us immediately so that we can figure out a replacement or refund. Most items are guaranteed against defect, but NOT against normal wear and tear. Defective items will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Most defective items must be returned in order to receive a replacement. Proof of defect will be required by photograph or other means.
